My Approach
Counselling with me is down-to-earth, flexible, and centred on you. I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate lens to our work together, without assuming that trauma is at the core of everything. Sometimes, people simply need a place to talk things through, manage stress better, or feel less alone in what they’re facing.
I work from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based frameworks, helping you move toward a more meaningful, values-aligned life. Together, we’ll make room for your full experience—grief, joy, frustration, resilience—and support you in taking gentle, empowering steps forward.
